Recently, I called you with a dent in the right front bumper of my brand-new, one-week-old Ford Focus ST. The dent was the result of a low speed swipe of a lampost whilst attempting the world's most rubbish 3-point turn. I just wanted to contact your company to express my appreciation about my Colour Wizard® experience earlier today. I had an appointment for a representative to come out and give me an estimate on repairing some dents on my car. The representative was Rob, and he came out to my place of business and was early and courteous.

The part of the experience I most appreciated was Rob's honesty and forthrightness in assessing the repairs necessary on my car. Though he expressed an ability and willingness to do the repairs, he had the integrity to inform me of the possible shortcomings of having the repairs done by Colour Wizard® involving the location of the dent and the fact that the paint was cracked and I had not noticed and let me make an informed decision about what to do.

Because the car is new and a relatively expensive Lexus model, I elected to have the work done by a body shop.
